- Listing it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), opening the marketplace up to all brokers in the Greater Boston area, statewide and nationwide.
- Market the property via the internet on a local, regional and national basis. Create a preview of your home so prospective buyers and brokers can walkthru your home on the internet.
- Hold a "Brokers Open House Inspection" to allow local real estate professionals and brokers an opportunity to preview the property when
it first comes onto the market.
- Placing a universally recognizable "For Sale" sign on the property. This is done only with your written permission and pursuant to local ordinances.
- Advertising the property both in national and local newspapers and magazines.
- Marketing the property on the Internet in several different real estate and homebuyer web sites, such as Realtor.com.
- Prospecting locally and nationally by email and telephone, to alert local and relocating buyers.
- Hold "open houses" at times suited to the Sellers and the market.
- Provide opportunities for all qualified buyers to view the house at times convenient to the Sellers.
- A lockbox will be used on the property enabling local cooperating real estate professionals to show the house easily and with no fuss.
Times for access can be restricted by the Seller. We would insist that all brokers who show the house sign in electronically or on a sign-in sheet.
- The cost of the marketing will be borne by Dreamhomes and the commission payable is negotiable. We would anticipate that a Listing Agreement would be for a period of 120 days, with a selling commission rate of 5% (negotiable, depending on range of services). This allows the resources for maximum exposure and quick turnaround of the property.
