Our philosophy is the buyer pays no fees and has nothing to sign. We won't try to force a contract on you. Once you find your dreamhome and make the offer, then you sign the necessary legal documents as required by state law. We'll walk you through the process, help you get a preapproval letter and mortgage, and handle the paperwork. Our commissions are from the seller's proceeds. This is good for both buyer's and sellers. For buyers, we act as a buyer's agent as default, or as a sub-agent if the full commission can't be paid to a buyer's agent.
For seller's we offer commission splits that encourage both subagents and buyer's agents to sell the property. By getting maximum exposure for the property we will sell it fast.No hidden or backend fees.
